In non-traditional lacrosse areas, players rarely have a clear development plan. They train the wrong things, chase short-term success, and fall behind when it matters most.

By the time recruiting becomes real, many players already feel stuck—and give up on the game they once loved.

Director Statement

I grew up playing lacrosse in a non-traditional area, where there was no clear path for development. Figuring out what mattered — and what didn’t — was something I had to learn the hard way. That experience is why I coach today.

I’ve built the Nashville Mavericks to help young players avoid the wrong turns, develop the right skills early, and grow with confidence instead of frustration.
