The Box Blueprint is a virtual training program designed to help players and coaches master the fundamentals and advanced principles of box lacrosse — and learn how to apply them to their game immediately.
Who It’s For
The Box Blueprint is built for both players and coaches who want to level up their box lacrosse understanding.
For Players: You’ll learn the why behind every move — how to read defenses, recognize two-man opportunities, and apply the right skill at the right time. You’ll get training concepts, individual skill work, and clear examples of what to practice to grow faster.
For Coaches: You’ll see how to structure practices, build high-rep drills, and teach your team to execute box systems with confidence. We’ll cover how to train these concepts with your group, how to communicate them clearly, and how to bring them to life on the floor.
If you’re serious about growth — whether you’re the one teaching it or the one learning it — this program will accelerate your understanding of the game.
How It Works
Each Box Blueprint session runs 30–45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A where we dive deeper into the topic and discuss real-game applications.You’ll join these sessions live via Zoom.
We meet once a week on Sunday evenings at 8:00 p.m. Central Time, and there will be additional weekday drops. Everything is recorded, and you’ll be emailed and notified with links and replays.Each week we break down one key concept — and approach it from both angles:
Players: how to train it, drill it, and apply it in-game situations.
Coaches: how to teach it, structure it, and turn it into team execution.
